Welcome to Esan Sisters Food Bank Canada (“Esan Sisters,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our services, programs, website, or participating in our food distribution activities, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use.
Esan Sisters Food Bank Canada is a non-profit organization providing food assistance, community outreach, and supportive services to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. Our services are offered free of charge and are intended for personal, non-commercial use.
Services are available to individuals and families in need. Service users are expected to provide truthful information when registering or receiving services. Abuse, fraud, or repeated misuse of services may result in suspension or denial of access.
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. The following behaviour will not be tolerated: Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language. Violence or threats. Disruption of food distribution activities. Theft or misuse of donated items. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety or dignity is compromised.
Food items are provided based on availability. While we take food safety seriously, recipients acknowledge that food is accepted at their own discretion. We are not liable for allergic reactions or improper food handling after distribution.
Esan Sisters Food Bank Canada is not responsible for: Loss or damage to personal property
Injury occurs outside our reasonable control. Outcomes related to the use or consumption of donated goods
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
